We're looking for a capable and motivated couple to jointly manage key aspects of park operations and lodge sales at Heron Lakes. This is a unique opportunity to live and work together in a luxury lodge setting, supporting a growing holiday park business known for its high standards and personal service.
Each individual will have a clearly defined focus -- one may lead on
guest services and operational logistics
, while the other drives
lodge sales and owner relations
-- but both will collaborate to deliver a seamless and professional experience for guests, owners, and potential buyers.
Sales & Business Development
Conduct viewings and consultations with prospective lodge buyers.
Build strong relationships with potential investors and owners.
Manage lead follow-ups, CRM updates, and sales documentation.
Liaise with head office marketing team to optimise campaigns.
Represent Heron Lakes professionally at open days or events.
Park Operations & Guest Experience
Oversee guest check-ins, lodge presentation, and customer service standards.
Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day park operations.
Manage supplier relationships (housekeeping, maintenance contractors, etc.).
Handle complaints or escalations with professionalism and discretion.
Monitor booking trends and assist with pricing strategies.
Management & Administration
Prepare weekly reports on sales, occupancy, and operations.
Assist with stock control, rotas, and basic budgeting.
Uphold brand standards and help train seasonal/part-time staff if needed.
Act as a point of leadership during weekends or peak periods.
Maintain a calm and solutions-focused approach during busy times.
Ideal Couple Profile
Experience in hospitality, holiday parks, property sales, or leisure management.
Sales and customer service strengths -- confident in closing deals and maintaining relationships.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organised and competent with admin and digital tools (CRM, Excel, booking platforms).
Professional, presentable, and enthusiastic about delivering a 5-star guest and owner experience.
Willing and able to live on-site and work flexibly (including weekends/holidays).
