Were looking for

to join our close-knit team. This is a

live-in role

with accommodation provided on park ideal for anyone who loves the outdoors, enjoys meeting people, and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful environment.

We have full-time and seasonal positions available across several of our parks, starting this winter and into next summer.

Hours:

40 hours per week (including evenings, weekends, and school holidays)

Rate:

21,550 per person (With free on-site accommodation provided)

Location:

Multiple stunning park locations across the North West of England

Reports to:

Park Manager

What Youll Do

As a Park Warden, you'll be at the

heart of the guest experience

keeping our parks looking their best and ensuring every visitor feels welcome.

Cleaning and maintaining

our touring facilities and rented accommodations to the highest standard, ensuring every area is spotless, inviting, and perfectly presented for our guests.

Welcome in reception

all holiday guests and seasonal touring customers, being knowledgeable about the park, the nearby area and our support services. Ensure that customers and guests receive an efficient, friendly, consistent and personalised service.

Perform on-call duties

, including site and/or alarm call outs, site & security checks and facilities checks outside of normal working hours.

Inspection of touring/seasonal touring units

and awnings during inclement weather, reporting & photographing any damage and liaising with owners as appropriate.

Deal with conflict management

of any situations that may arise at any time, including out of hours on-call periods. Reporting to Senior Management in detail any situations, persons and resolutions or further appropriate actions, with support of Management to achieve a favourable outcome

Perform a variety of groundwork

and maintenance duties as instructed, including digging, edging, weeding, and general landscaping tasks. Operate site machinery (such as strimmers, mowers, and other equipment) following appropriate training and in line with Health & Safety Guidelines and COSHH Regulations.

Liaise with customers daily,

investigating, handling and resolving any issues/customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Participate in and be actively involved in promoting park facilities, products and activities. Taking telephone queries and preparing arrival information. Using the bespoke booking system to make changes to bookings. Delivery of gas bottles under Health & Safety guidelines and recording thereof.

What Were Looking For

Essential:

A full UK driving licence for manual vehicles Great

Desirable:

Previous experience as a

Holiday Park Warden
