We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Part 1 and Part 2 Scaffolders to join our ever growing team on various residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to progress in a fast-paced and safety-focused environment.
General Duties (All Levels):
Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with safety guidelines and site requirements
Interpreting drawings and work instructions accurately
Ensuring work is completed to company standards and meets legal compliance
Communicating effectively with site supervisors and team members
Part 1 Scaffolder (Trainee/Junior Level):
Erecting basic scaffolding systems (independent, birdcage scaffolds) under supervision
Supporting Part 2 and Advanced Scaffolders as directed
Developing skills to work independently
Participating in ongoing training and safety briefings
Part 2 Scaffolder (Intermediate/Experienced Level):
Erecting more complex scaffolding structures (including towers, cantilever, and bridging scaffolds)
Taking responsibility for teams of Part 1 Scaffolders or Labourers
Ensuring scaffolding is constructed to the specifications and meets TG20 or similar standards
Completing job documentation and safety records when required
Liaising with site managers and foremen regarding project requirements
Requirements: Qualifications:
Valid CISRS Part 1 or Part 2 Card
Relevant Health & Safety certification (e.g., CSCS, CITB H&S Test)
Skills & Experience:
Previous scaffolding experience (minimum 6 months for Part 1, 2+ years for Part 2)
Strong understanding of safe scaffolding practices
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
Team player with good communication and time management skills
Desirable:
Advanced CISRS Card (for future progression)
First Aid, Manual Handling, or Working at Heights certificates
Full UK driving licence (if applicable)
