Purpose of the role

To administer and manage all aspects of aircraft planning related to Part 145 maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

Co-Chair aircraft pre-input meetings with the Maintenance Manger Review incoming work scopes proposals in collaboration with Sales Plan all accepted work packages Create and stage workorders Project manager aircraft inputs with material and production considerations to ensure efficient aircraft inputs and TAT. Manage communications with CAMO`s regarding work packages, work orders and project process Management of technical records Management of technical publications Attend Ecube Solutions global planning and sales meetings on behalf of Ecube Maintenance.

Relevant Skills & Experience

5+ years airline or MRO industry experience in maintenance planning (3rd party MRO experience advantageous) Managerial experience, with the ability to train and motivate a team. In depth knowledge of EASA and CAA Part-M and Part-145 legislation Strong MS Excel skillset MS project experience advantageous Fluent in English

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday

44 hour per week

07.00am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 7.00am - 3.30pm on Friday.

Salary/Benefits

Salary dependent on experience

25 days annual leave per year plus the Bank Holidays recognised in Wales.

Annual Company bonus.
