1 x Senior Planning Officer primarily processing Planning Applications (Full Time, temporary for 12 months) (39,513 - 43,693 per year - pay award pending)

We're looking for applicants who are:

Knowledgeable in planning legislation, policies, and enforcement procedures. Excellent communicators with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Organised, methodical, and able to manage a varied caseload. Comfortable working independently and making sound judgments.
