HomeXchange is a a rapidly growing business proviiiding a unique and highly valued Part Exchange service to new home builders. Due to our exceptional growth we are now seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team and oversee the acquisition, marketing ,and resale of residential properties taken in through our Part?Exchange model. This is a senior, hands?on role ideal for someone with strong valuation expertise and a deep understanding of the residential sales process.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of properties acquired for Part?Exchange -- from initial valuation and assessment through to marketing, negotiation, and completion of the onward sale.
This role is not about winning external instructions. Instead, you will focus on accurately valuing properties HomeXchange we are considering purchasing, to enable a new home client sale. Ensuring all acquired properties are the efficiently prepared for market, for a quick turnaround and managing them efficiently through the sales pipeline to maximise return.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct accurate residential property valuations for potential PX acquisitions
Provide clear recommendations on purchase viability and resale strategy
Oversee onboarding of acquired properties, including photography, floorplans, and marketing preparation
Ensure all listings are presented professionally and launched promptly
Manage the full sales process from listing to sale
Monitor market conditions and adjust pricing strategies where needed
Build strong relationships with buyers, solicitors, and internal stakeholders
Lead and support the property management/sales team
Maintain compliance with all relevant sales legislation and industry standards
Drive efficiency, reduce time?to?sell, and maximise resale value
About You
We're looking for someone who brings a blend of valuation expertise, operational leadership, and commercial awareness and professionalism
You will ideally have:
Proven experience in residential property sales or property management
Strong valuation skills and confidence in assessing resale potential
Excellent understanding of the sales process and market dynamics
A proactive, analytical, and commercially minded approach
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
A full UK driving licence
