Part Qualified Accountant
Job Description
Our client an exciting and rapidly expanding global tech business require a Part Qualified Accountant to join them initially on a 3-4 month contract. The role will be based in London and you will be expected to be in the office 2 days a week
The Accountant role will report to the Head of Finance, and is a varied role with the key components including:
Assisting in preparation of monthly reporting packs & management accounts
Posting of Journals
Ensuring accuracy of Purchase and Sales Ledgers
Management of intercompany, fixed asset and balance sheet transactions
Assisting with taxation & VAT returns
Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
About you:
ACA/ACCA/ CIMA /AAT part qualified
At least a couple of years experience.
Must have experience of XERO
Must be able to start before end of May
Enthusiastic about working in accounts, keen to work as part of a team, comfortable communicating with clients and colleagues
The role will be paid dependant on experience and likely to be extended beyond the initial period
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: 35,000.00-55,000.00 per year
