We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part Time Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
Analyse client needs and market trends to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
Manage sales pipelines, ensuring accurate tracking of activities and progress.
Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.
Provide regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Support the onboarding of new customers and facilitate ongoing account development initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a related industry.
Strong analysis skills to interpret data and develop strategic plans.
Proficiency with MS Office, Sage 50 and CRM platforms.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently at all levels.
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
