Part Time Accounts Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance and administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including invoice processing, payment runs, and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:



Process purchase invoices using Sage Accounts Process member top-ups and green fee refunds Assist with payment runs Assist with reconciliation of bar and catering takings Scan and upload member documents to the IG system Support weekly Green Fees processing Perform other general office and accounts-related tasks as needed Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls

Requirements:



Experience working in an accounts office is essential Working knowledge of Sage Accounts is highly desirable Good organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using office systems and technology

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14.00-17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
