A family run wholesale business is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their small office team in Coggeshall. This is a part-time permanent role working in the office 2 days per week 09:30 to 14:30.
Ideally you will hold a bookkeeping qualification or be studying towards one.
Your Main Responsibilities as Accounts Assistant will include but not limited to:
Sales ledger
Purchase ledger
Assisting with weekly payroll of 45 staff
Credit control on a weekly basis
Emailing invoices to customers on a weekly basis
Ad-hoc admin duties
Procurement duties
Answering and directing incoming calls
AAT Qualified or similar accountancy qualification would be beneficial but not essential
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: 12.75-13.25 per hour
