Part Time Accounts Assistance with SAGE50 Experience
& Office Administration
We are a local interior refurbishment & construction company looking for someone flexible to join our lovely small team with experience in a similar sector. We need someone reliable, conscientious with exceptional attention to detail. You must have experience with
SAGE50 Accounts
and be competent in the use of Microsoft Excel/Word and using Gmail shared drive.
We are looking for someone to work approx. 2/3 days a week. Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. Core hours (9am to 4.30pm/5.00pm) However, we can negotiate alternative days & working hours for the right person.
Depending on qualifications, skills and previous experience, your role will be split between Accounts & essential Business Administration including, but is not limited to:
Supporting the Accounts & Office Manager and Director
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reporting.
Dealing with queries like a rock star until completely resolved!
SAGE50 input & generating Management Information
Support with VAT preparation quarterly
CIS Monthly Return and issuing statements to sub-contractors
HR related payroll admin in preparation for monthly payroll including expenses
Communicating with HMRC and the Accountant when necessary
Running Aged Creditors Report and making payments & issuing remittances
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
