Part Time Accounts & Payroll Assistant - We're hiring!



We're looking for a detail-orientated and organised Accounts & Payroll Assistant to join our friendly team on a part-time basis.

Hours : 16 hours per week, flexible schedule

Pay: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities include:-



Processing Purchase Ledger invoices

Posting Receipts

Credit Control

Assisting with Payroll Preparation

Assisting with month end and year end accounts

Maintaining accurate financial records

Supporting the finance team with general administrative tasks

You will be a great fit if you:-



Have basic accounting or book-keeping knowledge, however full training will be provided so not essential.

Experience with Sage is an advantage.

Are confident with numbers and attention to detail

Have strong organizational and time management skills

Are trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
