Using the Xero accounting system you will be responsible for sending out invoices once a month and record incoming payments. You will also be responsible for contacting clients and chasing late payments when necessary. In order to undertake this work you will need to have an excellent telephone manner and organisational skills
You will require excellent administration skills to keep the office running efficiently. This would include collecting and recording employee record sheets, keeping an attendance record, and keeping all company files in good order.
The job would allow flexible working hours which would be discussed during the interview process.
