Towy Castle Care Home is looking for an engaging and imaginative Activities Coordinator to help enrich everyday life for our residents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning meaningful activities, building relationships, and creating moments of joy.

About Towy Castle

Towy Castle is a 61-bed residential and dementia care home set within three acres of beautiful gardens in Carmarthen. With more than 35 years of experience, we're proud of our warm, welcoming atmosphere and strong sense of community.

Your Role

You'll be responsible for delivering a varied and engaging activities programme that supports residents' wellbeing and independence. Duties include:

Designing and delivering group and one-to-one activities Encouraging participation and social connection Organising themed events, celebrations, and special occasions Supporting residents to pursue interests and hobbies Building positive relationships with residents and families Keeping basic activity records and feedback
