A successful Colchester based Manufacturing Business requires a Part Time Administration Assistant.
The role:
The position is for a Temporary Administration Assistant working in a seasonally busy office. This position will be for three days a week (specific hours/days can be discussed) rising to 5 days per week during our seasonally busy period September-December.
Duties will include:
order and data entry into our CRM and Management Information System
answering the telephone and dealing with both internal and external customers
checking job progress within the factory
filing and general and production administration work.
The candidate:
The applicant will be computer literate, with knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office packages.
You will be confident on the telephone, used to handling calls from customers and have a can-do attitude.
Requirements
Confident on the telephone
Experienced in using Word and Excel on the computer
Have experience in administration - filing, order entry, customer handling
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.00-13.00 per hour
