The Tantum Trust operates four charity shops located in Bordon, Liphook, Haslemere, and Grayshott. We are dedicated to selling donated goods from the public, with all profits reinvested into the local community to support various charitable initiatives.
Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Tantum Trust. This role is crucial in ensuring our charity shops run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting our community through effective administrative support.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Provide clerical support including filing, scanning, and document management.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Support the team in organizing events and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
