We are seeking a highly organised Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various office software applications. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
The Administrator will be responsible for seeking new funding streams, maintaining accurate records, managing communications, and facilitating efficient office processes. They will also help manage front reception.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and with good English language.
- Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Support financial operations by managing invoices and transactions using Xero.
- Seek new funding opportunities and help with applications.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Handle day-to-day office operations, including inventory management of equipment.
