Nanhoron Farms Ltd
is seeking apermanent, part-time Administrator
to join our friendly team inNanhoron, Pwllheli, Gwynedd
.You'll play a key role in supporting the business operations of our
Miscanthus Animal Bedding
supply.About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on role involving:
Handling customer enquiries, quoting and processing sales orders
Coordinating deliveries
General sales administration and record-keeping
Marketing and social media support
Assisting with basic accounts and invoicing
Following vehicle service schedules and maintaining driver admin
What We're Looking For
A practical, reliable team player with a 'can do' attitude
Someone confident with multitasking and problem-solving
Previous admin, sales or customer service experience is helpful
Willingness to learn and adapt is essential
Computer skills essential ie word, basic excel, outlook emails.
Working Hours
Expected working hours: Tuesday to Thursday 10am - 2pm
Some flexibility available for the right candidate. Additional hours required to cover holidays. Can be employed or self-employed.
