A fantastic opportunity has arisen at one of our Award Winning Clinics.
Isis Chiropractic Centre in Milton Keynes is looking for a responsible, highly organised and detail orientated Administrator who has a strong knowledge, interest and understanding in all aspects of social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and be able to multi task within this extremely varied role that blends office administration, social media, pa and finance. They will play a key role within the business for around 25 hours per week, over 5 days, which can be varied by mutual agreement.
The role will involve:-
Social Media Posting across all platforms
Ordering and Stock Control for all 3 of our clinics
Monthly billing/invoicing
Reception cover as and when required
Assisting the Chiropractors with admin tasks as and when required
Skills and experience required:-
Social Media background
Computer skills
Administrative experience
Finance experience
Reliable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Calm under pressure
This role would suit someone who enjoys all aspects of social media and the sourcing of information for posts, relevant to our clinical environment, as well as being in an extremely varied role, involving finance and various administrative tasks as required.
We are a small team therefore you will need to be flexible to help with cover on reception at times of holiday and sickness.
