The Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join our small, friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time work in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Answering telephone calls and handling customer enquiries
Managing appointment schedules and coordinating site visits
Processing invoices and maintaining financial records
Supporting project coordination and documentation
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
Maintaining health and safety documentation and compliance records
Managing company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Creating and scheduling social media content to showcase projects and services
Supporting marketing initiatives and promotional activities
Updating company website content and online presence
Essential Requirements
Previous administrative experience, preferably in construction or trade industries
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic social media knowledge and experience with platforms like Facebook and Instagram
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Reliable and punctual with a professional approach
Creative mindset for content creation and marketing support
Desirable Requirements
Experience with construction industry terminology and processes
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction
Experience with accounting software or invoicing systems
Customer service experience
Experience with social media management tools or scheduling platforms
Experience with website content management systems
Digital marketing knowledge or qualifications
