Responsibilities
Bake all produce in house on weekends
Assist in food production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with stock management as needed.
Uphold health and safety standards within the kitchen environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food production, preparation, and cooking within a professional kitchen setting.
Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on baking techniques preferred.
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
