Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Assist with meal preparation and food service as needed - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer - Answer phone calls and take reservations or food orders - Assist in the kitchen with food preparation when necessary Requirements: - Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or hotel setting - Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in the respective location) - Valid driver's license for potential delivery driver duties Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
