We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks and food items promptly and efficiently, ensuring high standards of hospitality. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Operate the till and handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills in processing payments. Assist in the setup and breakdown of the bar area before and after shifts, ensuring cleanliness and organisation at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. A background in hospitality is beneficial, showcasing your ability to engage with customers effectively. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous for maintaining health standards within the establishment. Strong time management skills are essential for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
