Duties

Serve beverages and food items promptly and courteously to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Take orders accurately and efficiently, using basic math skills to process transactions. Engage with customers to provide a friendly and inviting experience, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management as required. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels valued and welcomed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. Strong hospitality skills with a passion for customer service. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order processing. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards. Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated when required. A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial for success in this role.
