Duties
Serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently to customers in accordance with company standards
Take orders and handle cash or card payments with precision using the POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in restocking supplies and ingredients as needed throughout shifts
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Monitor customer behaviour to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety on premises
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is desirable
Strong communication skills and the ability to serve customers courteously
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours
