Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Provide personalised advice on skincare routines, colour matching, and beauty products. Ensure client satisfaction through attentive service and professional demeanour. Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge. Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times. Uphold confidentiality and respect clients' privacy at all times.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Organised, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team environment. A recognised qualification in beauty therapy or related field is desirable but not essential for entry-level applicants. A friendly demeanour with a professional attitude towards client care and hygiene standards.
