Sysco has been trading for 10 years now and after growth year on year we are now looking to expand our installation team to keep the momentum going!

The initial position is for 2 days per week which could lead to further work potentially

We are seeking a skilled Blinds & Shutter Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction-related tasks and be proficient in the use of hand and power tools. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of shutters, ensuring they meet quality standards and client specifications. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

All applicants must be over 25 for insurance purposes, be well presented and have a great work ethic.

DUTIES

Install blinds & shutters according to specifications and client requirements Conduct assessments of installation sites to determine the best approach for shutter fitting Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations Installers must remove all waste from site and leave work areas clean and tidy when leaving. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or maintenance processes Get each job satisfactually signed off from the customer

Experience

The ideal candidate should possess experience in one or more of the following areas:

Blinds (preferably 2 years or more) Shutters (preferably 2 years or more) Joinery Electrical work Proficiency with measuring and hand tools Candidates with a diverse skill set in these areas will be highly regarded. A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction is essential for success in this role.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 120.00-250.00 per day

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
