Summary

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Croydon. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing compassionate, personalized care in their own homes. Your contributions will be essential in helping our clients maintain their independence and happiness.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in their own homes with daily living activities and personal care needs Develop and implement individualized care plans Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Maintain accurate records of client care and progress Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Participate in training sessions and team meetings Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients Drive to client locations

Qualifications

Strong communication skills Friendly and Patient personality No experience necessary as we will provide paid training for you Valid driver's license and regular access to a car Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, following your training Basic IT skills (poorly relevant) Good proficiency in English Availability required 7:45am to 2pm and 4pm to 9:30pm - you can pick which days you work. Availability required: We do need some regular weekends, as our amazing work continues around our clients' needs Availability 16 to 25 hours per week , more is possible
