Responsibilities

Schedule appointments and follow-ups for clients while ensuring timely communication of any changes or updates. Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, care plans, and progress notes in compliance with privacy regulations. Provide support and guidance to clients and their families regarding available services and resources. Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to client care promptly.

Experience

Previous office experience is essential for this role; familiarity with healthcare settings is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism when interacting with clients. Proficiency in using office software applications for documentation and communication purposes. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
