Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and care for a family member in various settings, As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for a family member by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care while fostering a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the ladywith personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals. Support clients with meal preparation and ensure they receive proper nutrition. Engage in behaviour management techniques to promote positive interactions. Perform heavy lifting when necessary to assist clients with mobility or transfers. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being a family member Maintain a clean and safe environment for a family members adhering to health and safety regulations. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.

Experience

While prior experience in caregiving is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We welcome individuals who have experience in nursing homes or assisted living environments, as well as those with skills in hospice care. The ideal candidate should possess:

A genuine passion for caring for others and improving their quality of life. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with a family member. The ability to handle physical demands of the role, including heavy lifting and mobility assistance. A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of a family member

Times and dates.

Mondays,Wednesdays,Thursdays,Saturdays and Sundays are 9.30am to 10.15am

5.30pm to 6.15pm

Tuesdays and Fridays

9.30am to 10.30am

5.30pm to 6.15pm

Please note we are very flexible and we are happy if you just want to work Monday to Friday wither morning or evenings. We're happy if youd like to do both. We are also looking for weekend work as this family member requires 2 carers 7 days a week. We understand that not everyone wants to work weekends hence why we are flexible and understand if you would like to work 5 days or just the weekend.

We are a happy family that are looking for 4 to 8 female carers depending on what people can work. Due to personal care such as bed washes we do require females only. Experience preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.

You must have an up to date DBS and prove of ID this is essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-17.00 per hour
