Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional home care services. Located across the UK, this role is vital in ensuring our clients receive the support they need to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety. Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and families. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with the care team. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all interactions. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve care delivery. Drive to clients' homes as needed for service delivery. Foster strong relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

Proven experience in home care or a similar role is preferred. Strong understanding of care plans and home care practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to drive and travel to client locations as required. Compassionate nature with a commitment to client-centered care. Basic IT skills for record-keeping purposes are advantageous.

Call-To-Action

Normanton on Soar - Monday 5-5.30pm till 7-7.30pm 14 an hour including holiday pay.
