About the Role:

Part Time Administrator

Do you have administration experience and good computer skills? Well organised and have high attention to detail? Wanting to work in a role with variety in a fast-paced environment?

As an inclusive, forward thinking business, we take pride in our approach to administration across Avara Foods and are looking for a highly competent and motivated Part Time Administrator to join our feed mill Team, based at our Tram Inn feed mill in Hereford.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day - 08:30 - 13:30 - (potential for working one to two days from home)

Purpose of the role:

As an administrator, you will carry out general administration duties for the Feed mill\'s, in conjunction with the Finance Team in an administrative capacity. You will also carry out checks and some general administration duties for all three Feed Mills, which are Tram Inn, Banbury and Westbury Mills. Your key responsibilities as administrator will include:
  • Reconciliation of Feed & Raw Material postings
  • Carry out daily and weekly invoice preparation
  • Ordering of Broiler Breeder Feed
  • Raising and Receipting Purchase Orders
  • Any other general Admin duties
  • To cover for other Admin Assistants where required
What we are looking for:
  • Experience working in an administration role
  • Experience using Microsoft Office e.g. Excel
  • Self Motivated
  • Positive attitude
