Level 3 Childcare Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen and we looking for a Part time childcare practitioner to work at our Rainbow Room Nursery. The role will involve working with children to support their development, to safeguard them and to promote their welfare.
The Successful Candidate must hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years Qualification. They will preferably have experience of working within an early years setting. (Level 2 candidates will also be considered).
We are ideally looking for someone to work 20 hours per week 9-1:00 every day term time only. Meeting take place every other Tuesday evening
Successful candidates will be given full support and training opportunities to include mandatory fields e.g. Safeguarding, First aid and those relating to continual professional development in addition to those reflecting good practice. Training may need to be undertaken outside of normal working hours.
The post is subject to pre employment checks including but not limited to: DBS checks, qualification checks, reference checks and identity checks
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: 12.25 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
