Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a childrens shoe fitter to join our Susie & Sam store in Bearsden.
Start rite or Clarks experience prefer but not essential.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Measuring, fitting & selling childrens footwear, providing follow up checks.

Assisting with the store's day-to-day operations

Key holder

Handling cash and other daily administrative tasks

Ensuring customer receive excellent customer service

Daily Replenishments

Managing Stock adjustments

Ensuring the store and back of house is clean, tidy, and organised.

Resolve issues and problems related to deliverables and customer concerns.

Involved in all our social media & website maintenance

You will demonstrate:

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

A proactive attitude

Excellent customer service skills

The ability to work as part of a team and independently

Good Organisation skills

Strong administrative skills

Good computer & social media skills

Have the ability to work on own initiative

A passion for the brand and product

Must have at least two years retail experience.

Must be able to work on a Saturday and be flexible to cover school holidays , annual leave & sickness

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
