Job Description

Person required for general duties to include litter picking, sweeping, emptying bins, landscaping and general duties . Works are both indoor and outdoor.

There may be other additional duties required for the right candidate for which additional bonus will be paid

Responsibilities:
- Perform various ground maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns

- Watering plants as required in the summer.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

- 3 hours per day, Monday - Wednesday - start time, 7am till 10am.

- Holiday cover as required

Skills:
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour in various weather conditions

Note: Prior experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Uniform and phone provided.
