Job Summary

TGC Tayside id seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various sites, ensuring that all areas are clean. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas. Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and effectively. Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments. To perform cleaning audits

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is needed. A valid driving licence is required for travel between sites. Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
