Duties

Plan and deliver coaching sessions tailored to different skill levels and age groups Develop training programmes that enhance technical skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship Organise and supervise practice drills, competitions, and team activities Ensure all training activities adhere to safety standards and organisational policies Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation and confidence Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition and report any maintenance needs Promote the organisation's values and uphold high standards of behaviour among athletes

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching with a strong understanding of the specific sport involved Excellent teaching abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire athletes of all ages Strong organisational skills to plan effective training sessions and manage schedules Effective communication skills to clearly convey instructions and feedback Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for sports and athlete development Flexibility to adapt coaching methods based on individual needs and circumstances UEFA C licence minimum
