As the business continues to grow, we're looking to add an experienced Credit Controller to support our own internal credit control function.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone who knows credit control inside out, can work independently, and takes pride in doing the job properly.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of accounts and chasing the companies overdue invoices Proactive outbound calls, emails, and written correspondence Resolving invoice and payment queries efficiently Accurate record keeping Liaising with internal teams where escalation is required

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience in a credit control role Confident on the phone and comfortable having payment conversations Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, calm, and commercially aware Experience working remotely or independently is a strong advantage
