Part Time Credit Controller
Job Description
Green Piling are a specialist Ground Engineering company based near Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Due to continued expansion we are recruiting for a part-time Credit Controller.

Cash flow is the lifeblood of any organisation, and that's where you come in. You'll be part of our financial operations, making sure income flows in smoothly through timely collection of outstanding debts and ensuring relationships with our valued customers are professional.
You will chase payments, problem-solve and build trust. Key to keeping our finances healthy.
With a part-time schedule (working pattern available for three days per week between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) and a close-knit team environment, we are looking for an experienced credit controller to join the team.
Duties
Chasing our customers via the telephone & email
Liaise with our contracts department internally in relation to overdue payments and query resolution.
Issuing statements, chase letters and final demands.
Reconciling accounts on our Coins ERP system.
Cash Allocation.
Producing a debtors report which you will present to the senior managers and contracts teams each week.
Produce a cash income sheet each week for our head of finance to use for our cashflow.
Skills
Must have at least 3 years experience in a credit control environment
Ideally will have experience within the construction industry
Good telephone manner & written skills
Good customer service skills
Highly Organised
Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft Excel intermediate or higher.
Benefits
Salary - 25k - 28k Pro-rata (Depending on experience)
Holidays - 34 day including Bank Holidays (pro-rata)
