What You'll Be Doing

Taking ownership of customer queries and turning challenges into positive experiences. Communicating with clarity, warmth, and professionalism across phone, email, and live chat. Solving problems quickly and effectively, always with a smile (even if it's over the phone). Representing a brand that genuinely cares about its customers--and its people.

What You'll Bring

At least 2 years of experience in customer service or complaints handling (retail or call centre experience is a bonus). A calm, confident, and friendly approach--even when things get busy. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A natural ability to multitask and manage your time like a pro. A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
