16,448.64 per annum rising to 17,147.52 after 12 months

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor to join a well established business based in Redditch. We are looking for an individual who has a strong telephone manor and who enjoys working within a fast paced, varied role.

Duties Will Include:

Contact businesses via telephone.

Responding to incoming emails.

Sending out letters to clients.

Providing high levels of customer service.

Ensuring clients are consistently updated with accurate information.

Updating the database with high levels of accuracy.

Experience Required:

Strong telephone manor

Experience within a fast paced customer service role is essential

Good attention to detail

Good communication skills - both written and oral

Excellent organisational skills
