Selbrae House sells to consumers via our website, direct to well-known high street retailers such as John Lewis, and through third party marketplaces such as Joules, Wayfair and OnlyHome. We often receive glowing feedback that customers love our products and appreciate our service. So for us, it's all about finding the right people to share our vision and join our team.

We are now looking for a Customer Service Assistant to help manage customer administration tasks. If you are ready to hit the ground running and believe you can make a real difference to a fast-growing brand, this is the role for you.

To process and invoice trade and business to consumer website orders, liaising with our despatch team. To be the first responder to incoming business to consumer customer enquiries and queries emails & telephone calls. To upload and maintain Marketplace listings including working with our in-house marketing team to help create and upload enhanced brand content on the various Marketplaces. Support the two other member of the customer service team with their tasks when needed. General administration as required.
Required Skills & Experience;

2+ years' experience in a customer service role. Excellent analytical and administrative skills. Excellent spreadsheet skills (ideally Excel). Experience tracking and reporting sales figures and working to a target. Knowledge of Sage would be advantageous. Experience of working with online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay) would be advantageous

Pay: 12.30 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 18 per week
