Job brief
We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction working between the hours of 1pm-5.30pm Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis. Hours may vary on occasion, you would need to be able to cover for holidays and sick days as needed.
A good knowledge of Rotherham and the surrounding area would be considered a good positive on application.
You will work closely with other drivers, arranging your own routes in a sensible manner.
Responsibilities
Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and via different routes Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle Collect payments Complete logs and reports Follow regulations and safety standards
Requirements
Must be over 25 Valid professional driver's license Excellent organisational and time management skills Good driving record with no traffic violations
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 22.5 per week
