Job Description

We aim to provide and maintain excellent service standards for our drivers and customers, so we are looking for an EXPERIENCED Telephonist/Dispatcher to join our team. Duties to include answering calls and booking in cars, and dispatching jobs using our computerised system. Dealing with enquiries, emails and liaising with customers and drivers. Must be computer literate, have good customer service skills, geographical knowledge would be preferred but not essential. This position operates on a shift based pattern including days,nights and weekends, candidates should be fully flexible to cover any shifts as required and also holidays/sickness days and should be over 18. NMW applies.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
