Job Overview: As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering our products between our two shops and production unit in a timely and efficient manner. You will play a key role in representing our business, interacting with colleagues, customers, and ensuring that all deliveries are completed accurately and with care.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load, transport, and deliver products to the shop (or potentially in the future, other locations), ensuring items arrive on time and in perfect condition. Efficiently plan delivery routes using maps or GPS systems to minimise travel time and fuel usage, while adhering to the scheduled delivery times. Provide friendly and professional service during every interaction, answering any delivery-related questions and addressing concerns as needed. Conduct basic vehicle checks before each shift, such as fuel, oil, tyre pressure, and cleanliness. Report any issues you can't resolve yourself to management promptly. Ensure all items are correct before leaving for deliveries, and carefully check off each order as it is delivered to maintain accurate records. Accurately handle maintenance paperwork, providing signatures as proof of completion. Adhere to all road safety regulations, company driving policies, and health and safety guidelines during deliveries. Assist with loading and unloading products and provide help around the business during quieter periods when deliveries are not scheduled.

Hours of work as a minimum are:

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - 7:45am - 11:00am (approx)

Fridays and Saturdays 7.30am- 12 midday (approx) depending on the volume of stock to transport

We can give a minimum of 18 hours although this is likely to be more in busier months.

This is a physically demanding role which requires lifting of boxes and crates.

This role will start week commencing 22nd September.
