Position

Due to our ongoing success across Suffolk, Palmer & Partners are looking for a motivated property professional to join our expanding Suffolk Coast team covering IP12, 13, 15, 16, 17 in a part time role.

Duties

Book and conduct property viewings with potential buyers Negotiate sales on behalf of clients Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients Booking valuations and mortgage leads and actively seek out new business opportunities Build and maintain relationships with clients Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients, properties, and tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with clients
Monday, Wednesday, Friday plus every other Saturday 9am - 5pm

Hourly Rate will be 12.50 plus incentives

Minimum of 2 years estate agency experience preferred
Must have the right to work in the UK
Must be based in Saxmundham or surrounding area
