Cook

Duties:
- Preparing cooked meals for up to 26 residents
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Prepare light meals for the evening

Skills:
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Halwill Manor nursing home is looking for a friendly and flexible Cook to join our friendly team of Kitchen Staff working Wednesday, Thursday, and alternate Tuesday evenings 3pm-7pm.

Halwill Manor nursing home has been providing high-quality care for many years, and we are looking for individuals that can help us continue doing a great job. Many of our service users may have dementia so they require a kind and empathetic approach when supporting them.
