Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Relief Manager to run our Wyke Regis store in Weymouth 2-3 evenings per week.

This is an exciting and important opportunity to work alongside our existing store Manager and to cover his days off on a Monday & Tuesday. There can be additional shifts available throughout the week if you require extra hours.

We are looking for someone with experience to help to ensure that this shop maintains it's excellent reputation going forward. Everything must go smoothly and standards must be extremely high right from the start.

Your job will begin immediately and you will be given full training to prepare you fully for the role. You will be taught every aspect of how to run one of our shops successfully.

Your role will be as follows -

To ensure the smooth running of the shop on a Monday & Tuesday by managing and developing staff and producing and cooking consistently great food.

Duties: The food we produce is the key driver of our business and you will need to be the main chef on these days, you will also supervise the team members that will be responsible for serving the customers. You will need to ensure that all staff members are delivering excellent service.

This role is a hands-on position in a busy fish and chip shop. Food needs to be prepared and cooked to the very high standards that our customers expect on every visit. Training will be given in this area of the role to the right candidate. This role is year-round with consistent hours throughout the year. You will be guaranteed a minimum of 13 hours all year round, this can rise to 30 hours per week during the Summer holidays and to cover holiday etc.
