Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager - Fryer / Cook at our Fish and Chip Shop in Cirencester. Ideally we are looking for somebody with previous experience running a Fish & Chip shop but we can provide refresher training should it be needed.

You will be working under our Operations Manager and along side our current team.

Responsibilities will include:

Understanding all aspects of the business both back and front of house Food Preparation / Fish Cutting / Frying to a consistently high standard Supervising and motivating staff members on shift Ensuring Health and Safety Regulations are strictly observed and recorded Monitoring the quality of the product and service provided Ordering stock

Hours and Wages:

This is a permanent roles are offered on a full time basis with both standard holiday and pension provisions included. Rate of pay will be depended on experience and quality of candidate.

Lunch Shift is between 10am - 2.15pm and an evening shift is between 4pm and 9.15pm. We can offer a great degree of flexibility on the shifts but expect the successful candidate to work between at 3 and 5.5 days per week dependant on your requirement and availability.
