Job Summary


Overview


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part Time Fitness & Class Instructor to manage and operate this fantastic new gym space in central Richmond . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitness, class instructing and personal training.

Responsibilities



Conduct gym inductions and programmes for all members Conduct group studio classes including Box, HIIT, Spin, Circuits as a minimum. Conduct personal training sessions. Additional pay to be agreed Manage membership base including sales tracking and membership administration. Manage all necessary Health & Safety systems Undertake daily cleaning of gym space and equipment.

Experience



A minimum 2 years proven experience as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Class Instructor. Previous supervisory or management experience essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all backgrounds. Level 3 NVQ Fitness qualification as a minimum
We require someone who has the ability to work alone and can still motivate and inspire all guest, residents and members and to ensure the gym space is managed effectively and efficiently on a day to day basis.

The hours will be Monday to Thursday. Likely to be 7am -11am or 3pm - 7pm over 4 days.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13,312.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 per week
